In the afternoon of July 15th local time, the signing ceremony of Shaanxi State-owned Enterprise China-Brazil Capacity Cooperation Project and Xi 'an (Lantian) China-Brazil International Trade City Project was held in St. Paul, Brazil. Hu Heping, secretary of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and director of the Standing Committee of Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress, led the delegation of Shaanxi Province to attend the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Brazil Mondby Mining Co., Ltd. signed the Manganese Series Materials Industrial Park Cooperation Project. Ma Baoping, chairman and secretary of the Party Committee of Shaanxi Non-ferrous attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.
In his speech, Hu Heping pointed out that in recent years, Shaanxi has been adhering to the combination of bringing in and going out, giving full play to its comparative advantages, continuously strengthening practical cooperation with Brazil, which has effectively promoted the economic and social development of both sides. We are willing to strengthen the economic and trade ties with Brazil, to jointly develop industries such as mineral resources development and modern agriculture, to accelerate the development of strategic emerging industries, such as aviation and new energy automobiles, to further tap the potential, to deepen exchanges in various fields and to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results through joint efforts. Prior to the signing ceremony, Hu Heping met with relevant Brazilian personages and representatives of overseas Chinese attending the signing ceremony.
In his speech, Ma Baoping said that in recent years, in accordance with the deployment of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Shaanxi Provincial Government, Shaanxi Non-ferrous has actively integrated into the construction of "the Belt and Road", coordinated the whole situation at home and abroad, and utilized two markets and two kinds of resources at home and abroad, vigorously implemented the strategy of “going out”, and achieved positive results. Mondby Mining Co., Ltd. is our important partner. The joint construction of Shaanxi Non-ferrous -Brazil Manganese Materials Industry Park Project has opened a new chapter in our cooperation.
Antonio Bowman, member of the National Congress of Brazil, expressed his warm congratulations on the success of the signing ceremony in his speech. This cooperation initiative will promote the economic development of China and Brazil.
Sun Huakai, chairman of Mondby Mining, Yang Yue, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd., Wang Tianxiong, deputy general manager of Shaanxi Non-ferrous, and Ren Tao, head of Lantian County, Shaanxi Province, etc, introduced the situation of their respective cooperation projects separately.
